PUMA has linked up with Fumito Ganryu for the first time to reimagine its classic GV Special sneakers.
Started as pattern maker for Junya Watanabe, and later designed his own fusion line under Comme des Garçons, GANRYU not only expresses his vision on product design but also curated the concept for campaign visuals where Wes Anderson meets Severance, as well as the event curation that gets down to details of playlist.
The launch has generated impactful marketing buzz and delivered high sell-through rate especially in Japan
